Google Map Generator Terms

1. Google Map Generator Provider is referred to in this document as "GMG Provider".
2. Accepting this terms, you also accept Google Maps API Terms of Service.
3. GMG Provider may stop your service if the map is not requeste more than one year.
4. Content in the Service includes map information and photographic imagery and links to large map or links to advertisement. Your use of this Content is limited to displaying it to end users within the Service itself, and in the same manner, form, format, and appearance as it is provided by the Service. You may not, nor may you allow others to, copy, distribute, display, alter, or otherwise use the Content except as it is provided to you through the Service. GMG Provider reserves the sole right and discretion to determine whether your display of the Content through the Service is in conformance with this Section, and also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Content at any time for any reason, without notice.
5. GMG Provider may modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without notice, and You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service online at any time at Google Map Generator Terms. If a modification is unacceptable to You, You may cancel the Service by removing the Generated HTML code or link from Your Site. If You continue to use the Service, You will be deemed to have accepted the modifications.
6. The Service does not include advertising in the maps images. However, GMG Provider reserves the right to include advertising into generated HTML code or generated link. In this case advertisement may not be covered or set in such way to be not much visible.
7. The generated HTML code may not be automatically parsed.
8. The generated HTML code may not be changed. The only exemption is localization of string "Open large map" If you miss some services or setting, please use feedback instead, if the new feature is evaluate as usefull, GMG Provider try to implement it.
